You may create an account by signing in with Google, Discord, or Battle.net. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User-Generated Content

The Site allows you to upload, create, share, and comment on loot filter configurations ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of any User Content you submit. By posting User Content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your User Content available to other users of the Site.

You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you post and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content, malware, or code designed to harm other users or systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through comments or other interactions
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use the Site to distribute spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site through automated means without permission
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, logos, and original content (excluding User Content) are owned by D2R Filters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

D2R Filters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Diablo, Diablo II: Resurrected, Battle.net, and related trademarks are the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All game-related content referenced on this Site is used for informational and community purposes under fair use. Use of this Site is at your own risk and Blizzard Entertainment bears no responsibility for any content hosted here.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may do so at our discretion.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Loot filter configurations shared on this Site are community-created and we make no guarantees about their functionality, safety, or compatibility with any version of Diablo II: Resurrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2R Filters and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to damage to your game files, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
