Quality-based equipment filtering — selecting Normal, Exceptional, or Elite now restricts which items are clickable in each subcategory
Equipment items displayed in three columns by quality tier (Normal / Exceptional / Elite) for easy visual grouping
Unchecking a quality tier auto-deselects any previously selected items of that tier
Quality-exempt categories (Circlets, Charms, Amulets, Rings, Jewels) remain always clickable
Check All / tri-state checkboxes now respect active quality filters
